Whilst I found the general personal service from easy light bulb folk pretty good, they were pretty down by FedEx who didn't deliver my product on time and when it arrived it was broken, due to the number of failed deliveries, which were entirely affordable, not least as I had a number of conversations with them. I'm still waiting to hear if I'll be refunded delivery costs (as paid guaranteed next day) and whether I'll either be sent a replacement or reimbursement, for the damaged product that I'll need to dispose.
