The best of the best customer service. The parcel was well packed and marked fragile, unfortunately the courier damaged a tray (cracked). I asked the incubator shop if it would affect the chicks, as a bit of tape would easily fix the crack. The person I emailed (Tony) could not have been more friendly or helpful, they sent a replacement straight away (with even more packing to ensure it would arrive safely) even though I suspect that the chicks would have been fine with the cracked tray. The products look top notch and coupled with a fantastic service I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be using again the future. Thank you
