Living with a coeliac I now live a gluten free lifestyle, working for the emergency services cake fines are apart of work life, these brownies are amazing because not only are they gluten free and safe for my other half, I can join the team around the mess table after being fined and enjoy them without any consequences. Funnily enough this time last year I received a cake fine which meant the team got their mitts on the cream egg blondies/brownies and low and behold a year on I just happened to get fined again coincidentally……..with a added request of “we will happily accept cream egg brownies again” Delivery is always quail and without delay or fault and the quality is next level, thank you to Laura and the team for incredible brownies as ever.
