Read about these brownies on a Facebook coeliac blog and people seemed to really like them so I thought I'd better give them a go. I was not disappointed. Soft, chocolatey with a great choice of flavours. My absolute favourites were the Stollen blondie and the Gingerbread blondie so much so I've ordered them again! I have a lot of Coeliacs in my family and will tell them all to try them.
