I've had a (no-reply) response arguing the toss about suppliers and addresses. As I have the docket with the wrong address on it, and the only reason the delivery got to me was because the driver phoned and I directed him to our address I think an apology is in order. I don't care if the cartel of oil suppliers are all part of the same company, if I am advised a certain supplier has accepted my order, I expect delivery from them. Unfortunately this means the rating is now downgraded. Original review. Good price at the time, BUT the people I was informed were going to deliver it (Butler) did not, and the people who did deliver (Certas) it had the house name correct, everything else was wrong. I suggest you sharpen up your act and systems to 1) don't mess about with suppliers and 2) get the address right (as on my membership details)
