My problem wasn't sorted out via email. You need a tel number and someone to answer it. I didn't know if my order had been accepted or not so got oil from another company. Then yours turned up unexpectedly at 7am 2 weeks later & I had to tell him tank was already full. Otherwise club excellent!.
