Having used the heating oil club previously I was happy to do so again. The order went through smoothly, I received the confirmation of purchase and then one stating delivery would be on or around the 1st of February. On the 26th of January the delivery was made. Problem is that the gate was locked and so was the tank. What my partner found was the gate lock was broken and the lids forced off the oil tank. When I contacted the delivery company I was basically called a liar. They came and fixed the lock and saw the damage on the oil tank, but no apologies. Disgraceful customer service.
