Time to be delivered slightly longer than ordering direct. You just need to be organised and remember to order slightly early.
We have had a small problem with delivery due to limited access. This was sorted promptly (by email) but it would be nice to have a telephone number to sort out any issues. Overall happy with the service and we will definitely continue to order our heating oil through THOC.
