My very first contact with the clinic I was met with excellent customer service and prompt responses and advice. I wanted and ultimately had 4 porcelain veneers done to replace 10 year old composite veneers in my front too teeth. I am an introvert so going for the consultation was an anxious moment for me however, Dr Shivam and his assistant Nurse Alina were amazing and made me feel comfortable on every visit. We started with whitening which made a huge difference to my smile already. Removing composite was uncomfortable but not painful as it can be particularly messy to remove and the care they took was outstanding. My temporary veneers already made me want to smile again. They took on board what I wanted from my veneers rather than trying to make them to their own liking. My new veneers are exactly what I wanted and needed to smile confidently again! They look natural and fit my face without looking like i’ve had work done. On another note, Dr Shivam made himself available to answer any questions or worries I had which made me feel easier about the works. I will most certainly use the clinic again.
