I had contacted this clinic based on the online reviews. I shared all my concerns and was under the impression that this was a dentist that I could build a good relationship with, and who could help me - especially after the free online consultation which went very well. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I was told that I would be sent a treatment plan and my appointment fee deducted. This wasn't sent to me for weeks. I followed up asking for the plan and when I could commence treatment. I was ignored. i reached out again via email, WhatsApp and all available channels - only to be given an insincere response weeks after that they could not go ahead with my treatment for some reason. I asked for a referral and was again ignored. I felt like I had been tricked into using a very unprofessional and inconsiderate practice. I won't use some other words.
