Needed to send back 9 of one type of handle and order 9 of a different type. When my refund came there was no explanation as to why I was refund for 5 and not 9. I emailed to query this, and was advised 4 were damaged by scratching during return. I have to accept this and accept responsibility for insufficient safe packaging. However not pleased to have had to ask for clarification. Plus I would be quite happy to have them back, they have been purchased by myself, whilst not 100% perfect I could make use in time.
