I had an issue with the screws but did a live chat which was a quick response
however, I thought the screws supplied were not long enough for a standard thickness of kitchen cupboard, I hadn't noticed on the website that they were so short and so had to buy more - it needed to say clearly on the website to measure the depth of the cupboard door before buying with the standard screws supplied
