Purchased from them in 2019. Bought same product about a month ago (silver framed engraved photo frame), very dissatisfied with the quality. Was totally different to the one I bought in 2019. Poor qualify and was not as described. I kept it because it was part of a retirement package and I was on a deadline, so could not return it. Was planning to buy 2 more frames, but won't bother now as I am not guaranteed to get the item as described. Was very disappointed especially as I had told a manager how nice it was (based on our previous purchase for another colleague).
