Probably not a fair test for my first order, as we just had a tinned product. However, the delivery mechanism was first rate, as was the packaging of the product. The product itself, lobster bisque, was a bit disappointing; less flavour than a freshly made bisque and no lobster bits in it. Nevertheless, we were impressed with the service overall and will try again - probably with something fresh next time.
