There fresh/frozen goods are good quality. I love the king prawns. I love the tinned baby sqid. Fantastic flavour and actually the best on the market of the ones I have tried. Though they cost more than other brands....they are worth spending the extra pennies. The tinned cod liver and monkfish liver, I can also recommend. But I was disappointed about one thing here.... they write about the quality being better having them tinned instead of frozen, yet my tins were packed right together with my frozen goods....so they arrived frozen too. So so much to expressing the advantages of not having them frozen. When it comes to ready meals....I have different opinions. The bisque is beautiful. I suppose that I have to except the fact that the wasabi salad was incredibly hot that even eating a tiny bit burnt my taste buds, that I couldn't eat it. I tried, even though the plastic container it came in was broken, leaving plastic bits in the salad. I had to throw it away. I was looking forward to the fish curry. Usually a fish curry is mild so as not to overpower the fish too much. But this too was extremely hot that after the first mouthful I had to throw away the rest. Vindaloo is nothing against this. I am sure that even though Gordon Ramsay is happy with their fish products, that he would be disgusted and embarrassed to have himself being used for advertising for a meal like this. The right amount of chilli should give the fish a kick....not knock you out completely. I couldn't enjoy any of the lovely spices and other well chosen ingredients added, as the extremely overpowering chilli destroyed everything. Again I had to throw away both packets as I couldn't eat them. The cook must have had a very bad col or COVID when he/she tasted my batch.
