The order was a day late, when it arrived it was over a safe temperature. This was the fault of the courier rather than the retailer. Due to it being sashimi I couldn’t risk eating it which meant I was left with all the additional ingredients I had bought such as fresh wasabi which doesn’t store well. As well as the embarrassment of telling my guests I could not provide sashimi as promised. The customer services team were very professional and eventually issued a refund. I would consider trying the company again in hope I actually get to eat the products this time 🤞
