I am totally very dissatisfied as I placed Order #449414 for a delivery 29 December. The order never arrived and despite 2 requests to your customer services team (Casandra) I still have not received the fish ordered or been given a refund of £68.80 payment made to you.
I have eaten fish supplied by you in the past and had hoped to make orders from you a regular occurrence but obviously this will be not be happening now
