The delivery company delivered my order to an incorrect address. I spoke with them and they promised to contact the driver and instruct him to retrieve the order and deliver it to my address. I heard nothing back from them. I also contacted your customer service team and was promised that the delivery company would be contacted to ensure the package was delivered to me. I did not hear anything further from you. Luckily for me the owner of the property of where my order was delivered (just left on their doorstep) kindly bought the package to me.
In the circumstances I believe the least you can do is refund the delivery charge. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication once the problem was relayed to you.
