Pros: High quality fish products with good customer service. Speedy deliveries. Cons: They lose out on being 5 star because of their horrible attitude to spam marketing. Not just in email but post as well. Multiple emails daily (I counted 6 on one occassion, and 17 that week). When I wrote in I was told I would be removed from the mailing list and given a link to the CEO blog where he states as much as he knows it upsets a lot of people to spam them its good for business. Coincidence or intentional I then started receiving more advertising by post! I think they need to hire someone who properly understands marketing and get this sorted. No other business I regularly buy from uses this spray and pray tactic. This doesn't show respect to the customer, nor place any value on long term customers when you simply remove them and tell then to suck it up!
