Despite a delivery email and clear instructions… the courier left parcel in the wheelie bin on the main road in driveway. Despite instructions to ‘be patient, knock loudly’ … I gave my parents a time slot and they were sat in waiting for delivery!
This was an expensive box as a Christmas treat for them. It wasn’t up to your advertising standards.
Disappointed!…not only with delivery care but the quality of the dressed crab, didn’t taste or look great… they have yet to give me feedback on the rest.
I’m not sure I will be ordering for a third time.
