Bought a Burley stove from fireplace warehouse in December. Neil beat all other local prices and the stove was ready for collection on time (although the mature lady in the shop was a bit miserable).
On unwrapping I found a couple of problems with wrong size flue provided and cracked glass.these were promptly sorted out by fireplace warehouse.
The mark of a good company is when things do go wrong that they have the ability to sort problems out quickly without fuss, this they did admirably.
