We had an idea of what we wanted when we visited The fIreplace Warehouse in Burnley, but the choice and display soon overwhelmed us. However, Neil was able to direct us and knew exactly what we needed and was excellent at supporting us to make our final decision. The delivery was smooth and while there was a minor hiccup with a missing item this was sent out quickly and without question or debate. Would 100% recommend, if you can ask for Neil.
