Sat in front of my roaring log fire, snow outside but I am so, so happy with my log burner fitted last week by Fireplace Warehouse. I cannot thank and praise DONNA and Steve/Alan enough and recommend this shop enough. Hubby and I walked in knowing only that we wanted a log stove but Donna helped, advised and guided us whilst making us feel comfortable, she certainly knows her stuff at the same time as being a lovely, lovely lady. Off we went on holiday and on our return along came fitters Steve and his sidekick Alan who removed our previous fireplace and started to install the new one complete with wood burning stove. Again, Steve certainly knows his stuff and the job was completed professionally, cleanly and quickly and we felt confident with the installation whilst they entertained us at the same time. I have no hesitation at recommending this shop whatever your needs and massive thanks especially to The staff who I feel are like friends now. 😂😀🔥
