I was searching for a log burner to replace my old living flame gas fire and finally ended up at Fireplace Warehouse at Hazel Grove and spoke to Mike who was very knowledgable and friendly, after discussing our preferences he showed some really nice burners, one of which was a Fireline model FQ5W which we chose with a Limestone hearth and plinth, I was kept up to date with the fitting plans and on recommendation from my son who had a log burner fitted two years earlier I requested that Glen Campbell fit the burner ! On 23rd September Glen and his colleague arrived early and got to work, there was a small problem with a large Rooks nest but that was resolved by a local chimney sweep. Glen worked really hard and did a fantastic job, the fireplace and burner looks awesome we are so pleased with his work I would highly recommend him to fit a new log burner if you are looking to have one fitted! All in all the service and products received from Fireplace Warehouse was superb I would give them 5 stars !
