Delivered a fireplace suite with a very small chip on it and replaced it on the next lorry run ( I live in Berkshire so miles away from Burnley depot.) then I found I ordered the wrong type of gas fire which they agreed to swap with no xtra cost. I can’t fault the service, although a bit slow replying to emails so best to phone.
