Excellent, professional service from The Fireplace Studio from start to finish. We first visited this lovely showroom in November 2021, a lady who I think was called Mandy? was very helpful and gave us advise on the type of fire that would be suitable for our property. After visiting other fireplace showrooms, the were no comparison, we returned to The Fireplace Studio and arranged for Ashley to visit the property to do a survey in January 2022. Again, excellent service, Ashley explained exactly what work needed to be done to fit the fire and fireplace that we had chosen. Our circumstances meant that we needed to delay placing our order but did so eventually, and also placed an order for one of their beautiful mirrors. Dean and Adam fitted the fire for us on the 15th & 16th September, they were a pleasure to have in the house. They were polite, professional, clean workers, northing was too much trouble for them, they also hung the mirror for us. We are extremely pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
