Gillian was very helpful. The packaging and despatch were tip top. All the products were great but I did expect the brooch to have the small red feather a bit more red like the photo. Also I couldn't pay on line - for some reason the site wouldn't let me so I paid over the 'phone. However these are little niggles and I will definitely use you again if I need more feathers. Thank you for a relatively painless shop.
