This has to be a 5 star rating so far. Tried calling other cruise companies no reply or in a queue. Set up a meeting with Tui waste of time. Rang The Cruise Specialists. To my surprise the phone was answered almost immediately spoke to Stuart knew exactly what I wanted Stuart was very knowledgeable explained everything to me in clear terms. This cruise was to mark a special occasion for my whole family, I now feel confident things will go well.
Definitely back to this company for future cruises.
