Just had confirmation from Aileen re a change of balcony in a stateroom on P&O’s Iona which had the change not been effected we would have had a balcony which looked onto the ships promenade deck, giving passengers on the ship the opportunity to look in on us when sunbathing, so I cannot thank Aileen enough for her prompt action and her great customer care and service, 10/10.
