I ordered this hamper on Sunday and it was delivered to my nephew in Switzerland on Tuesday morning. He was very happy with it. I had given an incorrect phone number for him and sent an email to British Hampers to advise the correct one. I not only received an email confirming they would update the information, but also a phone call to assure me they would only be using the number if there was a problem. They also thanked me very courteously for using their company. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
