Ordering was a straightforward and efficient process, which was very much appreciated. Delivery was earlier than the estimated delivery timeline. My recipients were delighted with the gift items! Perhaps the company could consider offering a one for one item swap service for another item of the same value or by paying a small premium. For example, I was keen on a couple of other hampers but wished I could have exchanged the wine for another item instead. Will definitely order again from The British Hamper Company.
