I purchased the battery from AJ on May 11th, 2023. The shipping and the service were OK until I wanted to return, as it did not work with my project. I emailed and called, and nobody is calling me back to authorize me to return. He also mentioned the restocking fee, which I asked how much. Please note that the website states we can return any purchase if we are unhappy. I did not see any restocking fee mentioned. But I would be glad to comply. The owner did not call back. I sent emails 3 times and called 4 times. Now I am stuck with a battery I can't use for my project. It is not cheap either - 160. So if you buy anything from this store, don't expect to return. So do your homework. Sometimes I feel it is best to purchase from Amazon and not support local businesses, amazon returns are great, while local businesses don't always honor their company statement.
