Purchased a hob from the company. It turned out one valve was faulty. Unfortunately, they did not have another one in stock and gave me a prompt refund without any hassle. Refund was given by 2nd day.
The customer service was excellent with very good communications-hence giving them 5 stars+. I definitely would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
