First of all, the only chat is a real person, and the person manning the online chat is brilliant! you get quick responses and a personal service, so that is a big tick straight away for me.
Appliances delivered super quick, and on the expected day/time. Even got a phone call beforehand to organise delivery to suit me! very good service, and proper happy!
There was damage to one item that wasnt listed in the desciption, which must have happened in transit, but again brilliant service and offered a partial refund for the issue.
