Had I known beforehand what a courteous and professional service you supplied I would not have felt the need to be present, mum was firstly very impressed by your footwear coverings, she's very particular you know lol. But your service and that of your engineer was exceptional, all parts required were carried on the van, the service was knowledgeable, very precise and fairly priced. Thank you once again for sorting out the problems on all 4 of my mums TV's and Explaining everything in detail and showing us how to operate her new, smart tv's which had been really hard work for me, she relies upon me heavily and you have been such a help for me also, since I am unable to do much myself these days I really can't thank you enough and will not hesitate to recommend you 👍
