Our reception was poor so made an appointment for an engineer, he turned up on time as planned and diagnosed the issue, he even put on shoe covers when he came inside which was good of him,turns out we didn’t have an aerial in our loft, a price was given and accepted, the installation was carried out promptly. Very good professional service.
