This company are fraudsters, they mis sold me and said they worked on my accountancy package to get my business, once signed up they started insisting I move accountancy packages and said they didn't work with my accountancy software. When I asked to leave they charged me for a nearly a year of accountancy for doing nothing for me. They refused to refund me despite misleading me into the contract. Very unprofessional throughout and multiple staff kept emailing me asking me exactly the same questions over and over again, even when I alerted them to the problem. Accountant takes forever to answer their emails and even then basically says they can't help. Useless.
