Someone hit my car early Saturday morning and used the AA's Accident Assist service to deal with this.
I was promised contact from the AA either Saturday or no later than Sunday to move my issue forward.
It is now Monday lunchtime and I have heard nothing. I have been on hold trying to phone them for one and a half hours, and then got cut off for no reason. I am now back on hold once again trying to get through. What a disgrace.
