Truly excellent customer service. The fabric I wanted to buy "Disappeared" from my basket as I went to pay for it on a Sunday afternoon. I emailed & received a reply on Monday morning, confirming that the fabric remnant was still available & would be put aside for me till I got in touch to pay. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who was very helpful. Payment made, item dispatched & received very quickly. I've always received good customer service from Textile Express, but this was truly outstanding & made me feel valued as a customer. Needless to say, I'll be back.
