I ordered for the first time from Terralec and unfortunately, they wrongly sent my order to a completely different customer, and hadn't realized the mistake until I contacted them. They quickly fixed the error and sent out a second item which arrived quickly after dispatch. Item is great and i would have rated 5* had it not been for the initial mistake on the order.
