I ordered some stickers with an option of faster process time (it should be sent next day). After few days!! I've got an email, that one design need to be changed. And because it was too late I ask them to cancel the order. Few days later I got an email, that the stickers is in the factory and will begin to be produced. I've again write to cancel the order - no response. Next day they shipped the product.
I was complaining about the service but they just said it too late, because the product has been sent already.
