I ordered a xmas gift for a friend, candle burner and 4 yankee tarts, and paid for it to be gift wrapped, when it arrived it felt very lightweight, opened it to discover no tarts, phoned to complain and was asked are you sure the tarts are not in the box, NO, Grudgingly they are going to send out the 4 tarts, i asked for refund on the gift wrapping, can you imagine my shame if i ever found out my friend only received the burner, plus when i bought it , it was £14.99 next day it was reduced to £11 69 so moral of this story dont get gift wrapped as you dont know whats missing
