I have given a 3 because I still haven't received my parcel. My last parcel went from Leeds to Atherton to Gateshead then Middlesbrough but even then took another 3 days to be delivered. I love my previous gifts from Temptaion Gifts but using Royal Mail at the moment is putting me off - sorry 😞
