The products and delivery were fantastic, however i was very disappointed that after i had bought the yankee candles that they were further discounted a few days after my purchase. I appreciate i got them on a good deal, but felt customer service should have given a better response than a "tough luck" attitude when emailed. I spent £170 and was planning on purchasing again with another large order, but the uniformed response of not willing to come and go with the difference of £12-£13 refund just annoyed me and i have terminated my subscription with them. Its all about the money and clearly not the customer satisfaction.
