We have experienced may problems over the last few months with our Lexmark printer and each time I request an engineer they solve the problem for which I am very grateful but another different problem appears. Yesterday Rob and Nathan attended and and were very thorough in checking the machine and solved the problem quickly and explained in detail the reason for the colour fading. They were on time and very polite and now I hope all the problems are resolved. Thank you.
