Got the engineer in only after the second call. Despite an appointment, nobody turned up the first time. Interestingly, the operator said their records showed that the fault had already been repaired when I called the second time. However, the second time round the service engineer (Michael 334695) arrived and fixed the machine. It's working seamlessly now.
