Hi worst company for refund.
We were due to go out to Portugal on 7th April but cancelled due to covid.
Called 6 times sent emails every month it was at the end of the month you will get the refund.
Still waiting. Being fobbed off every time I ring.
My son-in-law had cancer so it was a trip to relax now its just given me depression.
Can't sleep as we are short of money.
Absolutely horrible.
