I had my holiday cancelled in May 2020 due to covid been waiting 15 months for my money back you call you email you live chat and its the same lies month after month now its been say 2 4 says 14 days 7 days they will actually habe the nerve to ask you to be patient and wait I was once again ment to habe ot paid my 31st August and again no payment how they can still be able to sell holidays to people is past me this place needs shut down
