wish you could leave no stars to be honest. Should have had my refund 31/07/2021 was then promised a week after that, then again 5 days after that, then told it would 100% be y 31/08.2021... still waiting. Nobody can give you any answer on where the money actually is.
I'm now becoming very doubtful that any of us will even receive our refunds!!
