Hello,
I booked for New York on the 23rd of December 2020 and I have still not received a refund due to the pandemic. I have found this company to be absolutely useless in communacation. I was promised my refund before the 31st of August and still nothing. It was over £1500 that Teletext holidays owe me. Do not book with this company.
